Cody Gakpo comes into the front line, while Alexis Mac Allister returns to midfield as Liverpool look to sharpen their attacking edge at Craven Cottage.
Alisson keeps his place in goal behind a back four of Conor Bradley, Ibrahima Konaté, Virgil van Dijk and Milos Kerkez.
In midfield, Ryan Gravenberch and Curtis Jones are joined by Mac Allister, with Dominik Szoboszlai and Florian Wirtz supporting Gakpo in a fluid front three.
