Become a contributor: write about Liverpool FC
King of the Kop welcomes pitches from writers with something interesting to say about Liverpool FC. We are looking for original match reports, analysis, opinion, player profiles and features exploring the club, its history and its supporters.
We cannot currently offer payment, but every published article is fully credited to its author. Contributing can help you build a portfolio, gain experience of writing for an established football website and put your work in front of Liverpool supporters around the world.
Submission guidelines:
- Original content focused on Liverpool FC
- Clear, informed and engaging writing
- Include a brief bio and, where possible, examples of previous work

King of the Kop is not currently able to pay freelance contributors. We will always make this clear before accepting an article. Every published contribution will carry an author credit and bio, giving writers a permanent example of their work to add to their portfolio.
