2pts dropped… at least we didn’t lose and keep ahead of spurs. We let them dictate the second half and lost our legs as the half went on. Salah score a brilliant 2nd which looked to give us 3pts in injury time but he was at times a bit selfish – trying to beat everyone when a pass may have been better but I can’t deny he was looking fit. VVD gave the penalty away – looked a bit slow and flat footed but then he is working his way back to fitness. He was at fault for the goal at Swansea too so its been a bit downhill since his debut – not that it helped as we crashed out of the FA cup in the next match.
Southampton away next Sunday before we travel to Porto as the Champions League returns…
