Half time. A lot of possession but not really threatening or breaking down Palaces defence. In fact Palace had come closest to scoring but the crossbar came to the rescue.
A lot of the play has been sloppy, a miss control or sloppy pass (under/over hit, behind a player – even to the opposition) has seen a lot of build up play and good possession break down. Some moments of brilliance, Kieta almost assisting Salah but his chip sailed way over for example undermined by sloppy play – again Kieta passing to a Palace player that ended up with their shot hitting our crossbar.
Its early in the season so you may expect some sloppiness, but not this is too much to expect…
Hopefully we can tighten up the play in the second half…
