Liverpool get the 3pts with a very late Penalty. Milner sends the keeper the wrong way but the amount of chances Liverpool had before conceding really should of been a comfortable win. Mane gave Liverpool the lead after a great through ball from Milner and LCFC never looked like scoring for 75mins+ not even registering a shot whilst chances continued to be wasted.
In the end, a Penalty, confirmed by VAR, settled the game. Unfortunately, some angry scenes at the end between players but the result means Liverpool have made it 8 wins from 8 this season in the League…
Next up, Liverpool travel to Old Trafford for the later Sunday Kick-off.
