Goals from Origi (2), Shaqiri, Mane & Gini keep Liverpool 8pts clear at the top. Mane was brilliant and in general, Liverpool were too in possession. A few defensive lapses and yet another game without a clean sheet show that all is not quite right yet with room to improve but 33 EPL games without defeat (a club record) keeps Liverpool as the pace setters.
Shaqiri did well after a long lay off and Lallana worked hard, Origi scored 2 great goals (from 2 great assists) proving that Klopps decision to rest Firmino, Salah, Hendo and Ox was justified.
Next up, Liverpool travel to Bournemouth before playing their final CL group match at RB Salzburg…
