Half time and LFC are a goal down. Its turning into one of those nights where Atletico are throwing themselves to the floor as if kicked, elbowed etc in an attempt to win free kicks, regain possession and ultimately to reduce Liverpool to 10 (or less) and being physical themselves, grabbing, pulling etc.
The ref needs to get control and help from the other officials but Liverpool haven’t been great either with mistakes, poor passes and not playing the ball fast enough at times giving the opposition time to get back and get into position.
Its not been a great 1st half at all and not because of the scoreline but because the football has been ‘poor’.
We have to do better!!!
