With the new rules re Subs, Liverpool have numerous options available from the bench inc both Ox & Brewster – both missed the whole season with injury.

What an amazing League performance by Liverpool to get 97pts but only good enough for second.
At least we have June 1st to look forward to, the last chance to get more than just a runners up medal.Its hard to criticise the season we have just had but the results after Christmas, when we really needed to push ahead of City ultimately cost us in…[Read more]

Another cross from TAA is headed in by Mane to draw level with Salah and Aubameyang for the Golden boot – all on 22 mins – so will any of these score to take the Golden Boot for themselves…

As expected before today its another season wait for the League win we deserved. Those draws have been costly, only lost 1 match and yet still lose the League because of those draws!!
Just need that ‘magician’ who can get the goals, unlock defences etc from Midfield. Unless Salah gets a goal, it looks as if he will share the Golden Boot with Auba…[Read more] -

FFS!!!! Looks very much like Liverpool will have another season to wait for the EPL title we so deserve. Brighton now need 2 goals in the next 25mins to give LFC any chance of winning the title.

Last league game of the Season and only 2 changes as Gini and Salah return to the starting Line-up whilst Milner and Shaq drop to the bench.
Robertson therefore is fit after going off against Barca and Hendo’s knee is fine too. Firmino isn’t back so Origi keeps his place in the starting line-up.

What a result, what a night, what a match!!!! Not only were we 3-0 down against the tournament favourites, we were missing 2 of our ‘strongest’ front line needing 3 goals just to get to extra time, let alone 4 to win it.
its not as if we were playing at our best, wasting opportunities, not delivering the ball where we needed but somehow, we won.

Origi down at the moment and Klopp is looking to bring Gomez on (for Shaqiri) but maybe Origi can’t continue…
Shame because both him and Gini, two unlikely scorers in this fixture, Origi certainly wouldn’t be a starter had Salah and/or Firmino been available…and its Origi off…
Then Shaqiri could of got number 5 but missed the target…
