LIVERPOOL TEAM NEWS
Liverpool team to play Southampton: Adrian, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Wijnaldum, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Salah, Firmino, Mane.
Subs: Lonergan, Gomez, Fabinho, Henderson, Lallana, Shaqiri, Origi.
Adrian fit to start after a bizarre injury by a fan on Wednesday. Gomez on the bench as TAA comes back into the starting line-up – 1 assist away for a record 6 in 6 matches. Milner, Gini and Ox start in Midfield with the familiar front 3 starting too.
Fabinho, Hendo, Lallana and Shaq offering midfield options from the bench and Origi can come on if needed.
After a tough mid-week game and 120mins too, I wouldn’t be surprised if changes come around fairly early to rest tiring players.
