What a match – how we defended in the 2nd half at Anfield and 1st half here has really made the difference. Of course the 5 goals have mattered but we weathered the storms much better than they did and our defending has been whole-hearted….

1-0 down at half-time. Finally got into the box at the end but we could easily be level at the moment. 45mins to hold on and holding on is what we have done so far. Our midfield in general have been dominated – Milner has been a defender most of this half and got a few good blocks in but you have to ask where our midfield is?
