A Coutinho corner is flicked on and looks like it may go out but Firmino stretches and hooks the ball back into the middle where a diving Lovren heads the ball into the goal – 2-0 and no less than we deserve.

A great individual goal from the Brazilian magician. He runs at the Bournemouth defence and beats a few defenders before a clinical finish gives LFC the lead they deserve.

Win today and we go back up to 4th – 4pts from 3rd and in touching distance of 2nd. 1st is looking impossible – 18pts if we win. We need to keep pace with Chelski in 3rd as Spurs, Arsenal and even Burnley are fighting us for that final CL spot.

As expected – I think. I am a little surprised at the Ox starting with Mane on the Bench but Mane hasn’t ‘performed’ at the level we expect in his last 2 games – in fairness, neither have others too.

LFC could be like Man City, all we need is Keita in center midfield. I solid holding midfielder and center back. Our front 6 MoSalah, Mane, Firmino, Coutinho & Lallana are so fluid be it Lallana only just coming back. Next season will be our starting point trust.

Kieta isn’t a holding midfielder. He is a box to box midfielder and the closest comparison we have right now is Gini Wijnaldum.
We are missing a great CDM. Most of our issues defensively come from the lack of Midfield protection and/or defensive support from Midfield. A CDM would greatly help prevent a lot of the balls even getting to our defence…[Read more]

When was the last time LFC scored a last minute goal to decide a game? I can name 3 under Klopp, Dortmund Anfield Lovren, Everton away Mane and Norwich away Lallana that’s it. Worth debating.

I’ve had a really shit day with my iPhone X Face ID camera malfunctioning and going back to be fix/replaced. So I was hoping that LFC would cheer me up. NO CHANCE OF THAT CLEARLY!!!!! Solanke goal ruled out, if that was Man City or Spurs, Chelsea etc… it would’ve been given, but not LFC because luck as lost us for some reason or other!!.

Not started brightly in the 2nd half. Maybe though we can hit them on the break, find more space in attack. Seems crazy to be saying that with the team we have out and at Anfield too…
