That was much more difficult that it should have been having to come back from 2-1 down after getting an early lead from Gini’s headed opener. It wasn’t ‘close’ in terms of possession, chances created etc but its goals that count. West Ham had chances to extend their lead and even get an equaliser. Not playing their best with too many errors and West Ham are defending in numbers too so Liverpool need to play better and move the ball quicker, more accurately.
