I really think Can has been poor this half. Firmino hasn’t been on top form either but at least he has been in the right places and working hard.
If I was Klopp, I would be giving Can a kick up the backside and if he doesn’t respond in the first 15mins, bring on Gini, Milner or even the Ox – after all he ‘thinks’ he is a central midfielder.
Maybe bring Sturridge on with 15mins left if Firmino doesn’t sort himself out either. I know Firmino creates space for others and works hard but his touch seems a little off tonight.

Can has appeared very ‘slow’ on the ball so far – wanting too many touches and losing possession…
I wonder if the contract situation and thoughts of his future are impacting on his game? Its not like Klopp hasn’t given him opportunities.
I would bring on zMilner in place of Can
