Half time – 0-0
The ref has been SHIT!!! A good start by Liverpool and could have scored inside the first 1min. They let Flamengo back in the match but that has been helped by some ridiculous decisions. Both Hendo and Mane have been pulled down/back and somehow the Ref has given Flamengo the free kick – Hendo’s was in the box so should be a…[Read more] -

A strong line-up as VVD and TAA return to the back 4. Klopp also names the usual front 3 with Hendo, Keita and Ox in midfield.
The rest of the squad is on the bench – inc Gini but whether he is fit enough to come on if needed, I don’t know.
A chance of Silverware and a chance to win their first Club World Cup at the 4th attempt…

Full time – 2-1
Liverpool progress to the final to face Flamengo with a late goal by Firmino. Alisson though kept Liverpool in the match and was the busiest but the introduction and combination of TAA and Firmino (on for Milner and Origi) settled the match. Yet again, its a great ball into the near post from TAA that sets Liverpool up for another…[Read more]

GOALLLLLL!!!!!!!!! Firmino (90+1mins)
A great ball from TAA after some dogged work by Salah to keep the ball finds Firmino at the near post to tuck away to give LFC the lead in injury time…

Half time 1-1
Liverpool look quite strong in possession but lacking in defence and have relied on Alisson to keep the score down and in fairness, their keeper has been called upon too but LFC haven’t created as many ‘good’ chances by not moving the ball fast enough, some poor/heavy touches, picking the wrong pass and trying to beat too many…[Read more] -

After sacrificing the Carabao Cup and playing last nights ‘kids’ team, Klopp has a strong squad to pick from for the CWC.
However, the team is unrecognisable from the teams he has picked in recent EPL matches with quite a few playing in unrecognisable positions.
Gomez and Robertson are joined in the back by Hendo and Milner – no place on the…[Read more] -

Half time and the match feels over. 4-0 down and it seems like Boys against men – which it is.The youngest player, Harvey Elliott has been LFC’s best player and Hoever has also impressed. It could have been different as LFC had two good chances to score but the keeper made a couple of good saves but once Villa scored and got a lucky second minutes…[Read more]
