Half time and the score is 2-1 to Liverpool – 7-3 on aggregate. Its the first time Roma have conceded at home and Gini’s first away goal too. Milner was unlucky (again – after the penalty in the last match) and Roma have hit the post too. Absolutely no surprises with Klopps starting line-up and the players available. No ‘Midfield’ options on the bench with 3 defenders, 2 strikers and a winger – technically a midfielder I know but the formation we play, he is more likely to replace Mane/Salah if needed.
Hopefully we don’t ‘need’ to bring subs on – either to try and ‘hold on’ or to…[Read more] -

Well that ended a bit flat! After being 5-0 up and cruising, we let up too much and gave Roma 2 away goals. It could so easily have been a double figure scoreline for LFC before Roma got their lifelines.
