Liverpool hand Jeremy Jacquet his debut against Como at Anfield this evening as Andoni Iraola names a strong starting XI for the final game of pre-season.
The summer signing starts alongside Virgil van Dijk in central defence, while fellow new arrival Ronald Araújo could make his first appearance from the bench.
Alisson Becker starts in goal, with Jeremie Frimpong and Milos Kerkez completing the defensive options around Van Dijk and Jacquet.
Further forward, Liverpool have plenty of attacking quality on show. Florian Wirtz, Dominik Szoboszlai and Ryan Gravenberch all start, while Alexander Isak, Cody Gakpo and Rio Ngumoha are also included in Iraola’s XI.
