Team to play Crystal Palace: Mignolet, Milner, Klavan, Gomez, Matip, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Mane, Firmino, Sturridge
Subs: Karius, Lovren, Salah, Can, Origi, Solanke, Flanagan
Bit ? worried tbh. YNWA
I am not overly worried. This team ‘should’ win and has a good amount of ‘experience’. Gomez is the ‘only’ youngster and Robertson isn’t ‘new’ to the EPL. Even the Bench isn’t full of ‘kids’ – although Solanke and Origi aren’t exactly old.
The only ‘concern’ is that this is ‘palace’ who can be a ‘bogey’ team.

1 eye almost certainly on the return of Hoffenheim. Resting TAA, Can, Lovren and Salah – maybe Moreno too. I think Gini has struggled so far and Hendo has been a bit short of match fitness and this looks like a team to rest a few but still keep some ‘quality’ to get the win.
A rare start for Daniel Sturridge – can he make the most of it? I agree this lineup very much looks ahead to securing the riches of the group stages of the Champions League
