Subs: Karius, Lovren, Salah, Can, Origi, Solanke, Flanagan

I am not overly worried. This team ‘should’ win and has a good amount of ‘experience’. Gomez is the ‘only’ youngster and Robertson isn’t ‘new’ to the EPL. Even the Bench isn’t full of ‘kids’ – although Solanke and Origi aren’t exactly old.
The only ‘concern’ is that this is ‘palace’ who can be a ‘bogey’ team.

1 eye almost certainly on the return of Hoffenheim. Resting TAA, Can, Lovren and Salah – maybe Moreno too. I think Gini has struggled so far and Hendo has been a bit short of match fitness and this looks like a team to rest a few but still keep some ‘quality’ to get the win.

Klopp had his pre Crystal Palace press conference earlier. To me he did not sound convincing when asked about Coutinho. There is an inevitability about it all. Am sure he is gutted inside. What did you guys make of it?

I think the wheels have come off the truck at LFC at the moment.. Slow progress and frustrations in the transfer market, the Coutinho situation, not a good time for us. But things quickly change in football and 3 points and a good performance against Palace will put a different gloss on things

Salah – 1v1 – nearly caught and then missed the target… Didn\’t seem to be lightning fast and really should have hit the target – even scored!!!
