With the games City have before we play them – inc Leicester City and Man Utd away, they also play Chelsea away the week we play Palace, it could be possible to win the league at Everton IF we win every game before that.

Whilst it was essentially the u23\’s, the result means that Liverpool move to 40 games unbeaten at Anfield (35w 5d) in all competitions and haven\’t conceded at home in their last 7 matches.

And its all over! The Kids have done it!!!
An Own Goal settled the tie but its no less than LFC deserved. They dominated possession, had more shots, more corners and thoroughly deserved to win.
Next up, Norwich away on the 15th Feb as the first team return from their winter break…

0-0 at Half-time but the Kids have dominated possession and played well. Liverpool have registered 4 shots, 1 on target but apart from a couple of corners, Shrewsbury haven’t yet had a shot or showed much in an attacking sense.

After the weekends results, Liverpool are 22pts ahead with a maximum of 39 available. They need just 4pts to Qualify for the Champions League as Spurs in 5th can only get a maximum of 76pts.
