I am amazed that Klopp is sticking with Lovren. I hope it proves to be great man management but I think his confidence is blown and maybe he could have done with sitting out a few games. Losing Coutinho to injury is a real blow, and yet again I look to Daniel Sturridge to step up to the plate and stick the ball in the net. It seems ages since he managed to do that for us.

Late change – Lovren is injured in warm-up and replaced by Klaven. Woodburn gets called up to the bench…

Milner did well in the last match and deserved to keep his place. Not surprised Hendo is back in but based on recent performances, I think he probably should have started on the bench. Maybe that break will fire him up for today.
Just hope the Wembley hoodoo affects Spurs again today and that we remember where the Goal is now we are back to playing in the EPL…

I’m glad Milner is in 👍 blessing in disguise. Media outlets are purring over Spurs (England biased) pray to god LFC win!!!?

Still don’t understand what Klopp is up to with the goalkeeper position, particularly after Mignolet keeping a clean sheet on Saturday. I do agree with bringing Milner in for Henderson! Smart move!

I think its smart to rotate the keepers – especially as they are all decent and won’t improve without game time – need them ALL fit and alert too so its important to keep them all ‘ready’ and fighting for selection!

Two changes, one forced upon Klopp with Mane’s injury. Coutinho joining Firmino and Salah up front is a formidable attack! After the disappointing 1-1 draw at Newcastle we simply can’t allow Manchester United to get 10 points ahead of us in the table! It is a big ask but I’m going for a home win!

If I was Manchester United right now I would be petrified of our forward line. I have a good feeling about this game, I don’t know why, I’ve just woken up feeling strangely positive. I think the new Kenny Dalglish stand, the atmosphere, the desire to prove a point after a slightly disappointing start to the season, will come together and see us over the line! Come on you Red men!

No Firmino!, dropped or rested? WOWWWWWW

I think he has been dropped because of his goals return. Sturridge has been brought in today because I think Klopp believes that he can get a goal

Firmino looked tired and has run himself into the ground. I really thought Klopp would have started him though as we have a 2wk international break coming up.

I am very happy with this attacking lineup! With Coutinho pulling the strings and Mane and Salah running them ragged I can only see one result!

I am still puzzled as to why Klopp is messing about with the goalkeeper position. What our defence needs at the moment is stability and continuity. I don’t think changing the goalkeeper every game is necessary or useful.
