Liverpool vs Porto

Adam Lallana starts as Jurgen Klopp rotates with five changes but fields a strong Liverpool side in tonight's Champions League last-16 decider at home to Porto.

Liverpool v Porto in the Champions League last-16 second leg kicks off at Anfield at 19:45 on Tuesday 6 March.

  1. Salah given a rest but on the bench along with Van Dijk, Ox and TAA too but with Gomez, Matip/Lovren, Milner and Lallana coming in, its not a ‘weak’ team. Moreno starts too – hopefully with something to prove after Robertsons impressive form. Robertson took his chance with Moreno’s injury – although took a game or two.
    I did wonder whether Firmino would be rested with Ings coming in. With a 5-0 lead, Ings could have been given a start with Mane and Lallana. Its clear though that Klopp hasn’t taken this match lightly and with a big game on Saturday too…

  2. This is a strong side or is it just evidence of what a great squad we have these days? I did expect to see more changes with the Man Utd game at the weekend. Would have liked to have seen Danny Ings get a start but glad to see Adam Lallana getting back in the frame. Come on you Reds!
